Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a world-class Global Payroll team? Cohesity is seeking an outstandingly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to join our high-reaching and growing organization! As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing and maintaining compliance with all payroll-related regulations.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
● Facilitate the preparation and processing of multiple, EMEA region, monthly payrolls using ADP Streamline & Dayforce
● Serve as the day-to-day liaison for employees, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
● Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Commissions, Compensation & Stock teams to guarantee accurate payroll processing
● Assist with Payroll Reporting and coordinate with internal and external partners for annual audits

● Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and SOX controls for payroll


WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
5 years of experience processing monthly payroll through a 3rd party vendor, preferably ADP or Dayforce
● Experience with Workday HCM is a plus
● Understanding of various types of stock transactions and the associated tax implications (i.e., NQSO, RSU, ESPP
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
● Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on providing outstanding customer service
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong time management
● Excellent time management and organizational skills

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

● In-depth knowledge of EMEA payroll and tax regulations, with France, Italy, Nordics, Belgium, Ireland experience an advantage
French, Italian or other European languages not essential, but beneficial

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
