Renewals Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary:

As a Renewals Program Manager for Enablement, you will serve as an Account Manager, Developer and Delivery/facilitator who leads audience and stakeholder relationships and implements learning programs for renewals-specific content. This individual requires technical capability, facilitation expertise, effective communication and partnering skills as they work directly with numerous teams across an audience to identify renewals specific learning requirements aligned with key business objectives.

This individual will implement several critical activities, including defining training strategies and programs, analyzing audience needs and requirements, defining overall curriculum plans and learning paths, and developing and delivering training. Additionally, this role requires maintaining recommended learning paths, coordinating training delivery, and conducting ongoing reporting and communication to achieve defined success metrics.

The individual must possess accomplished problem-solving skills and the ability to purposefully drive initiatives cross-functionally. The individual must be comfortable working in a fast-growing environment while adapting to and introducing change. The individual must work effectively with virtual teams and deliver onsite training as necessary.

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE:

  • Lead audience-specific training programs and included a portfolio of learning solutions for renewals.
  • Collaborate with all functional areas within Cohesity Academy to drive innovative training solutions.
  • Define, develop and drive an overall strategy for focused, ‘audience-aligned’ curricula - based on stakeholder needs and business goals.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholder communities and serve as the voice of learning requirements and trusted training advisor.
  • Coordinate and complete defined learning requirements from content development to delivery throughout the program lifecycle (e.g. needs analysis, design, content development, marketing/comms, publishing, delivery, maintenance and EOL).
  • Develop renewals courses partnering with SMEs (subject matter experts)
  • Report and track learning program metrics for team members and management, develop and deliver executive dashboards and quarterly business reviews, analyze learning program efficiency, and provide continuous recommendations for program improvements.
  • Work on improved processes to monitor training consumption and improve portfolio training fulfilment.
  • Evangelize and market education programs and initiatives through monthly newsletters, WWFO field flashes, Partner Beat, and other crucial communication vehicles.

  • Experience in data management, security, software, and hardware.
  • Experience with developing training programs and delivery/facilitation.
  • Experience in assessing training needs, developing a plan to meet those needs and completing the development and deployment of the training.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external parties.
  • Outstanding dedication to developing and delivering an efficient renewals education experience.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks collaboratively and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated program, project and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and written skills.
  • Validated innovative approach to education programs, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and drive efficient outcomes.
  • Ability to express a vision and encourage teams to move forward together.

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years of program management experience in business-level or technical-level education, preferably in a services (education or professional services) capacity.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
US Pay Range
$92,400$127,050 USD
