In this role you will serve a portfolio of clients, developing long-lasting relationships while providing comprehensive financial services to them. To be successful in this role, you will need to attentively listen, and work with clients (and their families) to develop short- and long-term plans for financial wellbeing.

The meaningful work you’ll tackle:

  • You will evaluate the full financial picture and use critical thinking / problem solving skills to provide financial education and options.
  • You will dig into internal and external financial resources or solutions, on the behalf of your clients, and help them understand options for stronger budgeting, cash management and other financial goals.
  • You’ll deliver personalized financial options / solutions to help clients work toward their immediate and future financial goals.
  • Most importantly, you will be your client's trusted accountability partner throughout the entire relationship.

What we’re looking for in your background & what makes you a success:

  • We're looking for empathetic critical thinkers who want to help lower financial stress and improve the financial health of working families.
  • You have served in a customer focused role with demonstrated examples of how you improved the client situation.
  • It’s this simple - you are wired to serve others non-judgmentally.
  • Ability to work remotely and still be present and effective for your clients and colleagues.
  • A strong technology comfort with Google/Chrome/Slack based products and platforms.
  • Financial industry background within banking, financial planning, or credit counseling to be able to understand the different spectrums of financial health is preferred.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and a strong desire to work in a client focused service atmosphere.
  • You can remotely build a trusting relationship (in a multitasking type of way) via phone/chat/email.
  • You’re empathetic and caring with a good sense of boundaries and professionalism.
  • You are able to collect, synthesize, interpret and evaluate data in service of planning and decision-making.
  • You thrive in a changing environment by seeking new information and rapidly apply across a complex set of expectations and skills.
  • You have the ability to connect the dots and hear the unspoken and make the complex simple.
