We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team in ATM Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in ATM operations, performance analytics, and proficiency with ATM monitoring systems such as Vision. As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of our ATM fleet to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of ATM performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Deliver executable business requirements, collaborate with development, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure successful delivery of the full product lifecycle.

  • Monitor and maintain ATM monitoring systems to proactively identify and address issues impacting ATM performance.

  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to address and resolve software defects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize ATM operations and drive business objectives.

  • Participate in the planning and execution of ATM maintenance activities, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and repairs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ATM operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend about half of your working time in office and half working virtually.”

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification

  • At least 1 year experience with SQL

  • At least 1 year experience with monitoring and dispatching applications/systems
