About Birdeye

Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands.

Companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment use Birdeye to manage marketing across thousands of locations — from how they get found, to how they convert, to how they retain customers. Our platform replaces disconnected point tools with AI agents that execute work at the location level — responding to reviews, updating listings, publishing content, and driving conversions.

Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2’s 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list — appearing alongside the world’s leading AI companies. We’re expanding rapidly into enterprise, with growing adoption across large, multi-location brands.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of verifications to support client needs.

Ongoing Audits:

  • Conduct regular audits of active listings to identify data inconsistencies, missing fields, and other discrepancies using platform reports.
  • Implement corrective actions and maintain thorough documentation of audit results.

Strategic Support:

  • Participate in strategy calls with the Business Listings Account Manager/Client/Onboarding to review progress, open items, and new strategic initiatives.
  • Provide platform and publisher guidance, offering best-practice recommendations tailored to each platform.
  • Develop industry-specific strategies (retail, healthcare, hospitality, etc.) to enhance client listings and customer engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the Business Listings Account Manager to produce effective content for listings, including FAQs, product listings, and other relevant fields.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage Listings Issues: Serve as the primary escalation point for business listing issues; ensure swift resolution with external partners.
  • Strategic Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with listing partners and cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and content strategy.
  • Expert Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on SEO, Google Business Profiles, and digital reputation management, guiding internal and client teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Client Services teams to refine platform capabilities based on client feedback.
