As we scale our presence in Singapore and Malaysia, we are looking for a strategic, Enterprise-ready BDR. You will be the spearhead for our SEA expansion, opening doors into the region’s largest conglomerates and multi-location businesses.
The Role
This is not a high-volume "numbers game." As an Enterprise BDR for SEA, you are a strategic orchestrator. You will identify and engage high-value accounts in the Singaporean and Malaysian markets. You will navigate complex organizational charts, build rapport with regional heads, and position Birdeye as the infrastructure for their AI transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- SEA Market Penetration: Execute a sophisticated strategy for enterprise accounts within the Singapore and Malaysia markets
- Enterprise Multi-threading: Master the "wide-net" approach across complex SEA conglomerates. You will engage stakeholders across Regional Marketing, Digital Transformation, Operations, and IT to build consensus.
- Consultative Value Selling: Move beyond features to discuss business outcomes, ROI, operational efficiency, and AI-readiness with C-suite executives and or regional heads.
- Strategic Brand Audits: Conduct deep-dive audits into a brand's digital presence across SEA-specific platforms, evaluating their AI search visibility and local SEO accuracy.
- Pipeline Orchestration: Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to transition "warm" regional opportunities, providing the cultural and business context needed to win.
- Product Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends and deeply understand the Birdeye product suite to effectively position our AI-driven solutions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of BDR experience, specifically managing Enterprise accounts ($100k+ ACV potential).
- Regional Expertise: Proven track record selling into the South East Asia market (Singapore and Malaysia). You understand the pace, the hierarchy, and the relationship-driven nature of SEA business culture.
- Complex Sales Tech: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You are relentless in your pursuit of the region’s biggest brands but disciplined in your strategic approach.
- Local Presence: Currently based in Sydney with full working rights and a willingness to align your schedule with SEA business hours when required.
