Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across events, email, paid media, organic, social, and web.
- Localise global campaigns for the UK market, ensuring messaging aligns with customer needs and trends.
- Work with design to develop creative assets for digital and offline campaigns.
Events & Partnerships
- Manage the execution of UK & EU events, webinars, trade shows, and Birdeye own events
- Coordinate logistics, invite lists, follow-up, and promotional materials.
- Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget
Content & Communications
- Create and repurpose content including landing pages, email copy, blogs, case studies, and social posts.
- Support PR, thought leadership, and customer story initiatives.
- Maintain consistency of the Birdeye brand across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Rigorously track both online & offline campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI.
- Ensure close alignment with sales on lead quality, handovers and follow-ups
requirements
Must have:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing (or agency supporting tech brands).
- Strong writing, content creation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and email marketing.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Enthusiasm for creativity, delivering best in-class campaigns.
Nice to have:
- Experience with working within the European region
