About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Birdeye’s founding Enterprise GTM team in India, where you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in one of the world's fastest-growing markets. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will bring the world’s leading AI-powered hyperlocal marketing and customer experience platform to India’s largest and most recognized brands — specifically targeting enterprises with 100+ physical locations.

What You'll Do
As a Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in defining and building Birdeye’s India Enterprise business. You will take our globally proven platform to market and help India’s top brands transform how they manage reputation, engage with customers, and drive hyperlocal marketing performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive new business sales within Enterprise Accounts (100+ physical locations).
- Prospect and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including CMOs, CXOs, and digital leaders.
- Partner closely with your BDR counterpart to generate pipeline and maximize territory coverage.
- Navigate and manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Build and deliver customized product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Lead Proof of Concept initiatives to showcase Birdeye's unique value.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to continuously enhance product adoption and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity reporting in CRM.
- Operate with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and entrepreneurship as part of the founding India team.
requirements
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of quota-carrying SaaS/technology sales experience, with success in complex, enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to senior marketing and CX leaders (CMO, Head of Digital, CXO).
- Track record of new business generation and closing deals in enterprise or multi-location environments.
- Proven ability to build trust and relationships at the executive level.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit — excited by the opportunity to build a market and shape a GTM strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree required; continued education and sales training a plus.
