About Us:
We are a dynamic and innovative team, dedicated to improving customer success through exceptional training and social content strategies. We're looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our team and help drive the creation of engaging learning materials, decks, and eLearning content, with a focus on clarity, technical accuracy, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to design and develop high-quality learning materials, including training decks, eLearning courses, and technical guides.
- Create social content that supports internal and external learning initiatives, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned with the company’s tone.
- Update and manage weekly presentation decks for team training, product updates, and internal communications.
- Design and develop ad-hoc internal learning pages and other internal resource materials for cross-departmental use.
- Translate complex, technical concepts into clear, easily understandable learning content for a non-technical audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, retention, and product, to ensure that all training content is relevant and effective.
- Adapt and modify learning content based on the evolving needs of the organization.
- Participate in ongoing content improvement initiatives to ensure content quality and up-to-date information.
requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Excellent ability to break down and explain technical concepts to various audiences.
- Proficient in eLearning development tools and platforms (e.g., Lessonly)
- Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
