What You’ll Do

Our growing Sydney office is looking for an Office Manager/Admin (AKA: Administrator of Awesome). This role will be integral in continuing our growth by ensuring the office continues to run smoothly. The role will help the team by ordering team meals, coordinating events, and helping with other tasks as needed.

This position is not a remote position. Must be willing to go into the Australia office daily located in Sydney, Australia.

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • Office Management:
    • Distribute mail to the proper people
    • Set up conference rooms with the necessary connections/supplies
    • Order snacks and drinks, and ensure the snack area is stocked throughout the day -- Includes coffee.
    • Reset conference rooms at the end of the week
    • Order supplies as needed - pens, notebooks, etc.
    • Ensure office is clean and organized
  • MD Assistant:
    • Calendar Management of Managing Director
    • Planning engagement events
    • Travel planning as needed
  • Finances:
    • Expense report submission
    • Company credit card management
  • Other Projects: You will be responsible to assist in any other approved projects from time to time from your manager

requirements

  • 3+ years of Australian-based experience in any of the following: office administration, front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be tech savvy with a experience in messaging applications (Teams, RingCentral, etc)
  • Highly proficient within the Google Suite (Sheets & Slides Wizards preferred)
  • Comfortable with being managed by a remote manager
  • Managing multiple calendars with different time zones
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Personable and high level of customer service
  • Previous experience in a high growth Technology/SaaS company preferred
