Who you are:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and how it can be used to maximize operational efficiency and improve customer experience
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce, have strong knowledge of Salesforce’s configuration, customization, and integration capabilities, and have a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and its data model
- Additionally, they should be comfortable working closely with stakeholders to help drive business objectives and have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success. You also will ensure that our customers’ voice is represented by serving as the Key player across the Birdeye landscape, surfacing feedback and trends for our business partners and advocating directly for the solutions that improve both product and functional experience, and will accelerate our customer’s success through digital transformation within functional domains. You will scale expertise by creating relationships across the enterprise, making intentional investments in the areas that benefit our customers the most
requirements
- Bachelors in a technical discipline such as: Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering
- 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce certified Administrator and or Sales/Service Cloud consultant
- Previous experience working, and leading, in an agile environment
