As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company values and drives our mission forward. This is more than a recruiting role—it’s a strategic partnership where you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, create a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to our overall people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: business intake, sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews and feedback sessions, extending offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding hand-offs.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and a welcoming interview process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively sharing our growth journey, mission, values, and culture with prospective candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Advise and coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market trends, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment between hiring needs and talent acquisition strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on pipeline progress, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring trends.

Employer Branding

  • Partner with the broader team to enhance our employer brand through content, campaigns, and events.
