As Director of Field Sales, you will create a new team and processes which drive live sales interactions across the United States. You will be responsible for setting a strategic vision with supporting programs, activities and measures to drive positive outcomes.

Bevi is a beloved, experiential product that users highly value after their first exposure. Your goal is to get the team in front of prospective customers so they can envision the Bevi experience.

Success in this role is measured by quota achievement and development of scalable sales activities, playbooks and processes which enable rapid, effective expansion.

Bevi already has numerous effective sales teams for Channel and Direct sales. Uniquely, this team will source their own deals in tight geographic areas with targeted walk-ins, events, and phone-based prospecting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic vision for the Field Sales team.
  • Create and maintain scalable sales activities, playbooks, and processes.
  • Set performance metrics and goals to drive sales outcomes.
  • Build, maintain, and grow the Bevi Field Sales team, including all deliverables such as scripts, processes, and metrics.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and continuous coaching to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Join your team for regular ride-alongs and customer visits to maintain a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to organize appropriate collateral and tools for sales conversations.
  • Ensure the team utilizes sales tools strategically to drive productivity and performance.
  • Define prospecting, visit, and follow-up plans for your team.
  • Lead the team in sourcing their own deals within tight geographic areas through targeted walk-ins, events, and phone-based prospecting activities.
  • Analyze and forecast performance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals.
