About Our Sales Team

Beautiful.ai is growing rapidly and we are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to support our Enterprise Sales Team. Your primary responsibilities are assisting our Account Executives to achieve our new logo revenue goals, acting as an initial contact in researching potential clients regarding the user product, and ensuring quality service is provided.

This is a newer position within the company and you will have the opportunity to have immediate impact and pave the way for future success.

What you will do

• Achieving monthly targets of meetings set and outbound activities
• Identifying selling opportunities for Sales Managers/Account Executives
• Prospecting initiating net new sales and assisting in the processing of net new business
• Investigating potential vertical markets and pre-qualifying prospects in a variety of industries
• Performing outbound email and phone prospecting campaigns
• Responsible for the build-out and management of email campaigns through our systems of record including Salesforce and Apollo.io
• Completing and maintaining appropriate pipeline information in Salesforce
• Coordinating and scheduling sales calls for Sales Managers/Account Executives on assigned market verticals.
• Prioritizing and responding to inquiries from website inquiries etc (webflow leads)
• Work closely with sales team to develop and execute on their sales strategy
• Other duties as assigned by your manager or the sales team

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree
• Formal, previous, SDR training
• At least 2 years of relevant quantitative quota-driven work experience
• General working knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, preferred but not required
• High energy, strong work ethic with a "make it happen" attitude
• Demonstrated self-starter, "hunter" mentality, autonomous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to be successful and overachieve in a remote environment
• Willing and capable of dialing a large volume of outbound emails/calls
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Excellent phone presence and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM/Contact Management Systems (preferably Salesforce and Apollo)

*Salary Details: *

• Base 60k - 70k | OTE 100k - 110k
