  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide coaching and professional development to ensure team members thrive and grow within their roles.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize regional marketing initiatives for maximum ROI. Work with marketing operations to provide regular reporting on marketing performance to executive leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and key insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams to ensure alignment and integration of regional marketing efforts. Maintain effective communication channels to ensure the smooth execution of joint marketing initiatives and seamless coordination across functions.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Own the Americas regional marketing budget, allocating resources to programs that will have the highest impact on revenue generation and customer growth. Ensure effective use of marketing spend, continuously optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
