The salary range includes base salary. Apollo also offers equity, and benefits. Apollo offers all U.S. employees a choice of 3 Anthem Blue Cross medical plans and California residents can also choose from an additional 2 Kaiser medical plans. Dental and Vision benefits are provided by Sun Life Financial.

Location: This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the US or Canada, working PST or MST hours.

Apollo is entering one of the most exciting phases in our company's history. As we expand beyond GraphQL into the agentic AI middleware market, we need an exceptional recruiter to help us build a high-performing team to help us reach our goals.

You'll work directly with our hiring managers, senior leaders, and execs. You'll be the driver of quality, candidate experience, and will own the process end-to-end. All while working with the most amazing, smart, empathetic, high-achieving, group of teammates.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Talent Partnering
    You will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business priorities and design proactive talent strategies that support long-term company goals.

  • Specialized Search
    You will lead high-impact searches for executive and niche technical roles, applying advanced research and sourcing techniques to consistently deliver top talent.

  • Talent Pipeline Development
    You will build and maintain strong talent networks across critical functions and specialized skill sets, ensuring a steady and reliable pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Process & Operational Excellence
    You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, leading strategic recruiting initiatives, and enhancing talent acquisition processes for scalability and effectiveness.

  • Candidate Experience
    You will champion a world-class candidate journey that reflects the company’s values and strengthens its reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Trusted Advisor to Leaders
    You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, compensation, interviewing best practices, and long-term talent engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Influence
    You will collaborate across teams and functions, leveraging your recruiting expertise to shape strategic decisions and enable stronger business outcomes.

  • ATS Proficient: You have experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and are adept at utilizing them to streamline recruitment processes.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized, care deeply about candidate experience, and ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
