Apollo is seeking a hands-on GTM Business Systems lead to architect the next phase of go to market excellence. This role sits within our Revenue Operations/Strategy team and is central to enabling Apollo’s next phase of growth.
You will likely lead a few contractors, but will also roll up your own sleeves to configure systems, build integrations, and design automations. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and our Data team to ensure our tech stack accelerates growth, sharpens execution, and delivers better outcomes for customers.
You’ll own the vision and roadmap for Apollo’s GTM systems - driving adoption, ensuring data integrity, and identifying innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact. What you'll do
Design and implement end-to-end GTM workflow logic and automation to streamline processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide key insights into GTM performance.
Build integrations between GTM systems, leveraging development tools and APIs
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
Deploy regular refreshes to territory and account coverage to keep account ownership and resulting automation flows and reports up to date.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the GTM tech stack.
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest GTM technologies and trends.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across GTM systems.
Who you are
You have experience working with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Vitally, and Jira.
You have a strong understanding of GTM processes and workflows.
You have experience in designing and implementing workflow automation leveraging APIs.
You have proficiency in developing reports and dashboards.
You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
You can work independently and manage multiple tasks.
You are detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
You have familiarity with SQL and database management.
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
Understanding of API integrations.
