Auth0 is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager that leverages Account Based Marketing Strategies to help drive customer expansion and adoption of Auth0's Identity Platform for a list of named, strategic and targeted enterprise customers.
 
As an Account Based Customer Marketing Manager at Auth0, you will be a pioneer in customer expansion, adoption and advocacy of Auth0’s Modern Identity Platform, a marketing strategy that is a necessity as a customer-focused company.
 
Your mission will be to Build, Lead and Implement customer expansion campaigns (cross-sell and upsell programs) that engage with our portfolio Named Strategic customers from start to finish leveraging data-driven customer insights and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.  Your position directly benefits our revenue growth efforts by increasing referrals, testimonials, references, loyalty and retention.

Candidates with enterprise software marketing experience, a passion for winning and a team-first attitude are strongly desired. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Define, Lead, and Implement overall customer expansion campaigns (cross-sell and upsell programs) for our portfolio Named Strategic customers from start to finish.
    • Partner with Sales to continually attain annual renewal and expansion goals.
    • Work closely with Customer Success to regularly identify and recruit new customer advocates for the expansion programs you develop.
    • Develop repeatable customer acquisition and engagement programs with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, such as direct mails, meetings, newsletters, emails, and customer events.
    • Build rapport with customers to identify expansion opportunities and increase referrals, testimonials, references as well as to understand customer use cases.
    • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to support overall strategy and tactical marketing needs for Auth0’s customers.
    • Collaborate within Marketing – including with Field Marketing for a variety of events and speaking opportunities, Demand Generation to ideate on campaigns, Content team for creating thought leadership assets, Product Marketing to assist with win-loss analysis, and PR team for publicity. 
    • Responsible/ Accountable for supporting all the strategic and tactical marketing needed for Auth0’s customers
    • Accountable for Quarterly Pipeline Goals generated through Account Based Marketing (ABM) customer expansion campaigns/ programs. 
    • Map, align, and monitor programs across all customer touch points to drive the best customer experience.
    • Turn data-driven customer insights into tests and programs.
    • Research and map the Auth0’s customer journey.
    • This position would require up to 20% of their time traveling. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4+ years of experience in a B2B/ ABM marketing or customer marketing role; technology or software/SaaS industry is preferred.
    • 1-2 years success in a customer marketing specific role.
    • Experience with leading and executing effective cross-channel programs (digital, events, direct mail, email, webinars, etc.) that drove results.
    • Analytical and strategic problem solving skills with a focus on tactical, practical execution and driving results.
    • Passion for driving customer engagement and advocacy. 
    • Attention to detail. 
    • Analytical: driven to make decisions from data. 
    • Ability to work with remote team members. 
    • Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Apps, Slack and video conference tools a plus.
